    The following affirmation has been part of my life for many years. I don't recall where it came from - but I know that if you read it daily with confidence and faith in the universe you'll be astonished at the results!

'I now release my mind from all concerns. I let my mind go free as I RELAX completely. I am relaxed physically, mentally and emotionally and I'm free of all pressures and tensions. I let go and I let The Universe take over. All resistance is resolved and I'm ready for constructive action.

Today I EXPECT the best of every situation. I recognize no limitations and I expect to be triumphant over every negative condition and situation. I expect to be healthy and I feel the full free flow of life nourishing and building patterns of health in my entire body. I will maintain this perfect health throughout the days of my long life. I expect abundance in all things, prosperity in my business affairs, harmony and love and I expect peace, joy and love in the lives of my loved ones.

Today I RECOGNIZE the presence of God in all things. I know that back of all manifestation is the wholeness and perfection of One Mind. Divine energy flows through me and I draw upon the Infinite Source. I am a part of all things, therefore all things are available to me. The perfect opportunities and projects for me are mine by divine right and are manifesting in my life in their own perfect time.

I'm HAPPY to be alive today. I know who I am, where I'm going and what I'm here to do. I dedicate my talent, ability and efforts to the service of humanity. I find my right place in life, cooperating with the forces of growth and I dedicate myself to helping make the world a better place in which to live.

I INTEND to succeed at everything I undertake. I intend to be in perfect health throughout a long and happy life. I'm emotionally mature, mentally alert and spiritually attuned. I love to serve and I serve wisely and well. I intend to create a prosperous and joyous life for myself and my loved ones and I'm fully ready to tackle each and every opportunity that is presented to me by the universe. I choose those opportunities wisely and well and bring all my God-given intelligence and resources to the job. I intend to live up to every high expectation of myself. I'm a success on every level - as a person, in my work and in my personal relationships.

There is no doubt in my mind. I KNOW that I can go where I want to go, do what I want to do and be what I want to be. I know that all things are working out for the best and that right action is taking place in my plans and projects. The projects that I'm manifesting are exciting, fulfilling and are contributing to my growth and prosperity while at the same time allowing me to enjoy leisure time with my loved ones.

I have unlimited potential! I REALIZE that there is no limit to my achievements and experience. I'm on the pathway to perfection and I'm growing every step of the way as I realize the magnificence of my inner potential. Prosperity and success are realized as I cooperate with the creative process in bringing all good things into my life and the lives of others.

I move SERENELY forward into the adventure of life today. I'm filled with inspiration and enthusiasm and I'm guided and protected by Infinite Intelligence. Today I flex my muscles and put them to work. I make my plans and I follow them through. I take daily small steps trusting that I'm on the right path. My Big Dream is on the horizon and is being manifested in harmony with all of the creative laws of the universe. Together we get things done.

I know that there's a larger PURPOSE for me and I do everything I can to attune my thoughts, feeling and actions to that purpose. I flow with life and I revel in the release of spiritual power flowing through my being as I move steadily along to victory and accomplishment in this PERFECT, JOYOUS, MAGNIFICENT and PROSPEROUS LIFE'
